Properties of Copper pipe
ITS annealed (R220) Cu-DHP grade phosphorus-deoxidized
co pper, with the following chemical composition:
Cu + Ag: min. 99.90% – 0.015 % ≤ P (phosphorus) ≤ 0.040
% according to UNI EN 1412. Copper with low carbon
content <0.05 mg/dm² (compared to C <= 0.20 mg/dm2
as laid down by standard UNI EN 1057), dimensions and
tolerances according to standard EN 1057 "Seamless, round
copper tubes for water and gas in sanitary and heating
applications".
Properties of Insulation
Closed-cell expanded polyurethane insulating sheath, free
of environmentally harmful chlorofluorocarbons (CFC);
insulation thickness according to Italian law10/91, with the
following specifications:
• Thermal conductivity at 40° λ = 0.040 W/m°C
• Reaction to fire CL 1 (Flame retardant)
• Operating temperature -45°C / +100°C
• Insulation density 30 kg/m3
External smooth extruded polyethylene blue or green
film with added flame retardant, high resistance to
tears/tearing and abrasions.
